There is a glitch with Security helmet and Katana. You CAN unlock it by getting 1000G in halo 3, but sometimes it may re-lock itself. To unlock Security helmet/Katana and make sure it stays unlocked, you must get at least 49 achievements in Halo 3. Why 49 achievements? Because that is how many achievements there were when the game first came out.
