The tyres spark because they are down to the steel belting under the rubber/hessian, there is no metal mixed into the rubber composition as indicated by another comment below, a good quality tyre should be a rubber composition, then a layer of hessian, then steel belting for strength.

Any Car can drift, its the driver that you have to question about. But it is my opinion that true drifting is done by the rear wheel drive cars Front wheel drive cars are drifted using things like trail braking or if you are a pussy the parking break but we all know that Front wheel drive is about as cool as kissing your sister who has a mouth full of horse cum.
