@HanychV No the 2010 only has a CAI, no tune. The '12 only had a few miles on it and apparently just couldn't keep up on this day. The same 2 Jeeps will be going to the official 1/4 track in a couple weeks.

As far as looks go...That is speculative and opinionated. So we'll leave it at that.

My 2010 ran 13.3 stock. Multiple 2012's have run 12.9 stock. So where does slower come from Mr. Major?

Of course the 2010 is better if they wanted to improve that they should've taken the srt10 viper engine & put it in the 2012. Only an american car co would try to market a srt8 jeep as luxury = fail

EVIC...when i first ran it hard, it got 4.8 and 13.2...after 3000 miles.now im averaging 4.6 and 12.8 ....every day i get numbers aroun 4.4 and 4.5..its really a beast..learning how to launch it also..although it seems as simple as squash the throttle..its alot about getting the rev match as close as possible on the shifts...but damn talk about power to the ground..and lets not forget, 4.8 even on wet road..tires barely spin .lol. ..where do i find out about black Ops stuff, you have a link?

Any news on the 2013 yet? Supercharger... 8 speed tranny... Updated touch screen... I read that the challenger, charger and 300 will have the optional blower package. Not available for jeep cause of the all wheel drive! Any word on that.

Bquick... Does the wk2 electronics fight you when trying to power brake her? With a better power to weight ratio more torque from idle and more horsepower up top, it's only natural that the new jeep is quicker, the only disadvantage is the rear end being 3.70 instead of 3.73. But that is such a minuscule difference.

Can't tell you on the electronics, but I don't think it's a problem, as the SRT Engineers described the optimum launch was with a 1100 rpm brake stall.

So I'd say no, but I don't own one. Just waiting for the supercharged version.

I believe that once these new motors get more miles put on them, there true potential will shine thru. Which is... The twenty12 is faster then the twenty10. Now don't get ur panties twisted all u wk1 die hards. After all, the main reason the twenty12 exists is because of u. but anyway, 2012 srt8 lb/hp=10.96 vs. 2010 srt8 lb/hp=11.55

Some guys are getting 12.7 @ 106mph on the on board computer (EVIC).

Just a matter of time before it's on a track.

Best I ever got in the WK1 was 13.3. Which was consistant with MANY stock Jeeps.

Yea I'm going to have to drive one to Decide but looks and all I think the wk1 looks better and more aggressive and that's what my buddies think to now inside its nicer and has the 4 modes witch make driving it funnier so I here but I'll check it out when my dealership gets one

However, wait until you ride in one before you fully decide. Right now you're relatively biased as only ridden/driven the one model. The new one is pretty freakin awesome.

Embrace the WK2....Otherwise there will be no WK3. And when you have 3 kids, a boat and drive it everyday...The WK1 just doesnt cut the mustard. Take it from the guy with the WK1SRT8.

It's always RIGID ride and smaller interior, just doesn't do what most SUV's are meant to do. Carry people, kids and stuff behind it.
