Awesome to hear about your results! I wish I would have got blood tests prior to going vegan 2 years ago. Now I'm looking into progressing into 811 and I'm definitely getting tested before so I can track my progress. Keep it up man!
Thanks for sharing this. How would you respond to Dr. Rick Dina's evidence about long term fruitarians generating like threatening neurological disorders from b12 deficiencies?
@mikecazzx what long term fruitarians, what were they eating and for how long, where did they get their food from, did they also include greens, how about other lifestyle factors that are just as important as food for b12, there are many factors to know to get a proper view. B12 deficiency is pretty stable across the board on nearly any diet. I trust those exhibiting the success's I strive for alongside my own successes, results and experiences.
@pac0re :) thanks much :) True that Madelyn, kids are the best, giving gifts of exercise patience mindfulness and love all wrapped up with a smile. Always our choice how to see say n do.
haha Charlize is SO cute! People who complain they don't have time to exercise because they have children need to watch this video :) At first she didn't want to exercise, but she is having the time of her life!
Totally. I also need to add I LOVE your fruit displays. The permissions were like a candy store window!!! I was loving them so much in the Fall. Spring is now here and we are going to have fruit in abundance here in CA where I live. Ps. Charlie is adorable.
Heya isforbliss :) Nope i do not use any supplements nor super foods of any kind. While I am not "anti supplements" I much prefer to promote healthful lifestyle factors that facilitate optimal digestion and absorption of all nutrients. Its interesting to note people on any diet experience b12 deficiencies at near the same percentages, its really more of a issue of absorption than exposure. Check my faq's for more info :)
