Now that your meter is plugged in correctly, you just need to change the setting from DC volts to AC voltage. That generator creates AC voltage because it is not rectified. I bet you would see an increase in your voltage! Just a heads up! Very Nice set up, I have the TVR1A also and love it! Check out my video.

@xKmotx you can use any (smal)dc motor as a genny , pemanent magnet motor with colector is suited most for that.
