close, but I get closer with a Boss ME-50 and a Fender Champ amp. You'll never guess how. It took me 5 years to stumble onto this. Actually, it's a lot like van Halen 1978 tone but more so. What this guy is missing is the phase cancellation that happens in the lower registers.

wellwat i figured about my xt live is tht it isnt for biginners like me, if you are used to processors, thn may be you will figure it out..but for som1 who never used one, using it is a trial and error experiment

well, I can give you one clue. Use bass around 3, treble around 7 mids around 5 and gain around 7 too. Good luck

i like yngwie's tone because it isn't completely hidden by tremendous amounts of gain, like lots of modern shredders. great job replicating it

Cool tone and playing man. Truth be told you should be able to get Yngwie tone with most rigs. You just need that vintage sounding initial signal and then to boost it with an OD pedal of some kind. Then you need a Strat... bout it really. the rest if in your head and your picking/fingering. Sounds like you got it just about nailed, wtg!.
