I read HANDLE TiME. you have NO IDEA how good it is! I sell the book on my tech support blog! Call centers suck -- and every tech support reps knows this is true! Customers suck! Okay -- so the book's character is in a bank. but, tech reps go through the same crap! Dude! You have GOT to buy this book! HANDLE TiME is fricking great!
HANDLE TIME ROCKS!I read the book a couple of weeks ago and I loved it! You have NO IDEA what call center reps have to go through every day. Talking to rude and stupid customers, putting up with managers who think they are better than you, it's ridiculous. This book is wicked funny! My call center is going CRAZY over it! You see the cover on so many people's desks and the managers have no idea what we are reading! EVERYBODY WHO ANSWERS PHONES FOR A LIVING should read this book!
This book is awesome....I found so many things that I could relate to...its like the author knew personally what it was like at those God AWFUL jobs that all of have once worked at ...its a call center version of Prison Break with all the crazy characters in this book....I definitely recommend that you buy this book and laugh your ass off!!!!!
