The group is an ongoing student group at Indiana University since the 1990's. Various past (alumni) and present members (college students) tour and record songs. So yeah, there's an age difference.

I guess it just depends on your taste and preference for music. If you've ever been around professional musicians and artist's you can tell the difference between a professional voice and somebody that can simply hold a note. To the music world this guy is similar to somebody you find in the phone book that does wedding parties or a band you find playing at a country western club on Weds nights LOL

We are all undergraduates from Indiana University. As older members graduate we hold auditions to replace their voice parts. So yes, the members are constantly changing.

Yes, you can be a grad student and be in the group, and there have been a handful over the years. However, the group is currently and most often comprised of all undergraduate students. The busy schedule often would conflict with that of a Graduate Student at IU.
