Can this be used so that I resize pictures by making them max width and height?

Even if the picture is 1800 x200 px it would fit to 640X480px area ?

and with same run 200x1800px picture would fit into same area ?

yes of course, you just need to define the profil with 640x480 and use the default resize policy, and it will fit the image in the target size

Hello,

I have just downloaded the VSO buy when I try to resize the pictures in the folder I keep them and I DO EVERTHING RIGHT I get the confirmation notice but I don't see the pictures. Yet when I do the same buy entering the programm it self from the VSO shortcut I can make the resize. This is very uncomfortable. Can you please advise ?

just enter in the resolution 256x256.

If your image is not a square and you need it to be, you might want to uncheck "keep aspect ratio of original" but then image might be distorted.

press ok. then the file will be converted

Grand, Neat software. I love it. Thanks for introducing this gorgeous software to the world. Next time when I do project and need to insert some pixel restricted picture to the powerpoint. I don't need to do the resize by photoshop one by one anymore... terrible experience...and it's kinda a disgrace to my favourite photoshop

Volume is too low to understand even with headphones and volume turned up all the way. No problems with other youtube videos or other apps.

I tried the free version and was considering purchasing it, but then I noticed the dimensions are not the resolution I want. VSO Image Resizer decreases the dimensions and the size. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I've tried to install and reinstall to see if it was just my computer that was messed up, but the software is very poorly constructed. If it made the dimensions the way it was supposed to then maybe, just maybe it would pass for "OK."

you just say this without any detail, sample of the image or the exact case ? are you serious. Reinstall a software rarely fix an issue, what was the file format. what were the dimensions you wanted.

Why the fuck would you want to increase the resolution? it will only end up more pixelated

yes it can upscale any pictures to larger resolution ( for web edition for example )
