Saw these guys last night at Feather Falls Casino, The bass player was sick so I guess he played off stage, but they still kicked ass. Unbelievably awesome combination of metal power and Elvis......Fuckin' Killer night...!!!
@guitarles2001 Amp was supplied by the support band while Metal Elvis was on tour... Plus, as it is with video camera built-in mics, they never really capture the truest sound. BTW the amp/guitar sound was "mixed" by the "front of house" sound man... Hence he had control of total tonality, not guitar player. :-) What do you play BTW? What band are you in? Do you have a website? Love to check you out too! :-) Cheers!
@EPKing77 you are fucking awesome ! i'm a die hard Elvis fan and a metalhead, this is perfect for me ! like peanut butter and bananas ! i'm posting "this is fucking awesome !" on every video of yours i find
@EpiphoneSunburst2 You know, they are so good, so unique ... Imagine them opening up at a Festival for Hawkwind or Space Ritual ... Imagine a field full of swampies standing there with their mouths open just saying WTF??? and then erupting in cheers! Talk about getting the crowd pumped in totally new direction than their LSD-soaked minds had prepared them for!! I'd love to FILM that!! Oh and @EPKing77 is the best Elvis interpreter I've ever heard - PERIOD
These guys are awesome, got the CD for an early birthday present and it's never left the cd player! We need to start a Wikipedia page for them, and a campaign to get them to play over here in the UK!
One of the biggest Elvis fans I know is 12 years old. Go figure. This'll probably make a few more fans out of them. GNR, Motley Crue, Kiss and Elvis too. Crazy.
I'm only 20 years old...sadly I don't know all historic Music, never had the patience to listen to this type of Music (Correct genre of this music would be?) See I don't know shit. I should stop listening to black metal, but yet, I don't know...I never diss music at all, even if I listen once and don't like it, I just won't hear it again, instead of talking shit. Anyways, they became big, so with a positive nod and respect, I will leave this page.
Elvis must have dabbled in nearly every genre of music, and did each one better than most in those genres. If he had lived on into the 80's-90's I'm sure he would have done some heavier, guitar-oriented music as well. Metal Elvis is *exactly* where the King would have headed creatively.
@SeisrushOb i disagree. i mean elvis was recording up till almost the end of the 70s. he never recorded something that sounded like sabbath, priest, led zeppelin, ac/dc, or deep purple. it ain't like that music didnt exist.
Anyone else get the name of that broad with the big titties?
