Huge turbo means, huge force on the gearbox, therefore, this gallardo or 9ff or any other car having big turbos are very slow especially accelerating to 100-120km/h (it takes nearly 4sec to hit 100km/h). Because if you kick down from the start, you would broke your gearbox. Veyron has a very good engineering, it accelerates 100km/h in 2.5 sec...

@iPROFITDON yeah E-gear might be the problem, im not completely sure.. but what i know is that even with a 6-speed, the launching of these TT Gallardo's were never decent at Texas mile, with over 1500hp, the power delivery is concentrated so much on the top end, from 1000-4000 rpm is very light acceleration, once it passes 4000rpm it hits rev limiter in less then half a sec, making the launch very powerful but not as fast. unlike the switzer with a smooth power delivery through every gear.

E-Gear is tricky to launch on the Gallardo. The owner had just taken delivery a few days before the event. With a better launch it would be game over. This car trapped 236mph which blows all the other cars at the event out of the water. If you look at the v-box times of this car, you'll see how much improvement a better driver would make. These cars are good for sub 3 second 0 to 60. The driver only managed a 5 second., 0 to 60. Hope he improves his skills and brings her back again!
