ptsd sucks,,, so do the meds i have to take for them... but i must weigh my options... no meds i go to jail for something stupid,,, take meds i just dont have any energy and dont talk much... i hate meds but jail is worse... the decisions i must make...

One of my dads friend had PTSD, One time while we visited him, A door shut and he jumped on the ground. Now he spends most of his life drinking himself to sleep. Its very sad what people go through for there country.

my two sons who served in Iraq have ptsd, one went through 4 interpretures they,d find piles of body parts babies at the bottom the interpreture last( entire famlies) in little pieces! its good to rid the world of people / animals who do these things kill all those who do things like this! praise god for AMERICA!!!

Everyone write/email your representatives & senators re: a bill up for consideration that will attempt to disarm anyone who has ever been diagnosed with PTSD. I don't remember the number of it. This is an intentional move to disarm combat vets!! Please research it and make your Congressional representatives aware that we the People do not want this passed into law.

Great Video thanks for sharing it. A close friend of mine suffers PTSD and I have seen first hand the terrible destruction it can cause. It was only after she had lost everything that she seeked help. She still has her bad periods but overall she has rebuilt her life and continues to get better with each passing day. I know I'm re-iterating but don't sit and wait with your pain held inside then wake up one day with nothing and decide to finally get help. Thanks agin for the great video.

I was treated for ptsd in '93. I also have nightmare syndrome and short term memory loss. I dont blame anyone for my troubles and it did cause problems for me when i got out. I got help from the VA and from private doctors and its helped tremendously. It ruined my first marriage but Ive been married this time for 12 years and though it does re-occur once in awhile I know how to deal with it. Seek help if you have these troubles. Your life will be MUCh better for it.

I can completly agree with you... ive been teated for ptsd, I now live a better life, and learning to live again!!!! but i used in the emergency services at 17yo, way too young then... but im going back now into the emergency services again!!!!! and cant wait!!!!!
