Try equipping Sorceress' Crest.

It lowers the casting time for Charolette's spells.

I beat this boss using only the Vampire Killer. The whip's power was already unlocked of course. You just need to time your jumps when she's about to strike you. It's all a matter of timing. And I agree she is annoying. 5/5

The gravity in that place is reversed depending on what side you are on. At the side parts of the area you actually walk on the room, and at that boss room you actually walk on the roof.
