none of their endings could have been actual, satisfying series finales.

1st season - they could have ended it, but didn't resolve the viewer lust for chuck and sarah being together

2nd season - he gets the intersect

3rd season - needs to find his mom

4th season - morgan gets the intersect

honestly, IMO, none of those could have been series endings. in chuck's case, you either have to end it once in for all, or it's a cliffhanger.
