Honestly i hated this game. Compare this to Star Ocean 3:Till The End of Time and you'll see why.

Compared to SO3, the inventing system was garbage.

The Music(except for this track) wasnt as memorable.

The Story didnt quite pick up like SO3's.

The characters were easily just rehashes of the previous ones.(to be honest the android was my favorite despite him being like Cliff).

In general so much was added but much more was taken out.

Aside from that having that stupid evade and then attack skill thing added to the battle being mandatory for boss fights was just not needed, it took the fun and challenge out of the boss fights(the little amounts that i did before i gave up on the game) and turned into a frustrating battle.

But this theme is not as kick ass as

"Chaos Rings - Defying Gravity"

Motoi sakuraba also made the Baten Kaitos music which is AWESOME,he has got to be the greatest music for video games composer of all time Also in all his battle theme songs he adds a small kind of irrelevant part like from 1:11-1:20 BUT thats what makes it so awesome ^^ 1:35-1:40 sounds like a part from Baten Kaitos.

hey i have a question after you beat the game once i heard you can either let faize stay in the party or let him leave but if you let him stay in the party who will the last boss be?

It doesn't affect the story if you let Faize stay. It'll still show Arumat in the cutscenes as if he joined your party and the final boss will remain the same.
