@popazz1 add lysine, cats claw (uncaria tomentosa), garlic to your diet. And check out oxygen therapy. Some people swear by it. Also hydrogen peroxide and DMSO are high in oxygen (oxygen kills viruses)

I have peri-anal HSV2 and it isn't a barrel of laughs,believe me.And because I have HIV also the recurrence of incidences or 'flare ups' is more common.Both HSV1 & 2 are extremely virulent so it's wise to do all you can to protect ones-self,especially when sexually active.I chose to no longer have an active sex life as the 'legacy' of the HSV isn't 'attractive'.I can only hope for a cure soon,or at the very least some form of surgery to successfully remove the 'lumps' 1 acquires with HSV2.
