Worthy of watching just to laugh at Chairman Kaga's 1970s-hangover extravagant royal outfits & the English translated commentary. It’s a 1970s over-dubbed kung-fu movie. Most of the ingredients & dishes they cook……….yikes. I like Chairman Kaga, his perpetual biting of the yellow capsicum & Iron Chef Morimoto.

Many a night I fell asleep when I was young to Iron Chef on the Food Network. Such a great show. The only thing I disliked were the incredibly long commercial breaks. The new one sucks, mainly because they changed everything that was awesome. Another issue I have is the new Iron Chefs suck, they always lose and are no-names, like that Cat Cora or whatever the fuck her name is. Morimoto shouldn't be lumped together with them!

@cmoseley3 Not FLN's fault, the rights to use the "Backdraft" music contractually expired. It took me a while to get used to the new music but I've done so. Plus, ultimately it doesn't take away from the show itself, which is in my opinion one of the greatest programs ever to air anywhere. Brilliant, epic, groundbreaking stuff.
