i broke the same plastic peice like you did :P. the kit is very tightly attached, u get frustrated and thts wht happened to me and i just pulled it off, and then realised tht there is a very simple way to open it. insert the pry tool ( or how ever it is spelled ) near the bottom end of the screen to unhook the lock. and thts it ur done.

yanno the top of the blackberry bold where u click it to unlock well mine has fallen off and the little rubber parts underneath it has come off so i am a bit conerened that if i put the top half of the case on and try to unlock my phone that it wont work can u please get back to me ASAP thanks :)

you are actually one of the only useful human beings to post anything regarding a blackberry casing, keep up the good work. anything i;ve found has told me how easy it is to do but doesn't offer up any info on HOW to do it. Or the alternatives are people who teach you how to "install" an external case. fucking retards. Thanks again for the help.
