women they are given a huge handy cap and men are being thrown out of their jobs in some cases because companies are forced to hire women in order to meet a quota system... did you know nypd/firemen makes accommodations for women just to take test to get jobs even if they are not performing equally to men.. the jobs in the vids dont require testing but guess what? women are not expected to perform as well as men in these jobs but are given the jobs anyway to meet that quota
