If you don’t have the reset disk / USB flash disk created beforehand there is no way to remove the password without using 3rd party software. There are many choices today that you can use.

exactly, this so called solution doesnt work even on XP professional. This is like other solutions that require u to have one user account, so u can dig up system32. If i could acess system32, control panel, or safe mode win i wouldnt bother to look for a hack solution

This did not work for me, basically when i rebooted my computer, i pressed f8, then igot to the same screen sere it shows the different options, i then pressed safe mode, bu then instead of coming up with what you show it just shows administrator, then the other account both asking for passwords as usual
