My friend said to get celebi you need to catch Entei, Raikou and Suicune. have a weak pokemon in your party (1-10) in teh 1st slot. go to teh Shrine in Ilex Forest and press A. Your weak pokemon might dissapear, but don't worry yet. you can battle it or use teh Master Ball. Catch it, then go anywhere else. I think teh weak pokemon should bne in teh shrine(you can get it). I haven't tried it, so tell me if it works!
