The video was shot from comp 3 an outpost next to the bridge leading to the other side of the city (that was destroyed by a vbied during marine ocupation) and about a half mile from patrol base 1. I was at patrol base 2 on the west end of the city and other side of the city from camp hit. We called in alot of boom during our stay ih this lovely city.

Two hits on that build, (239) across the river. The first hit is from an LMAV and the secont is from a LGB (laser guided bomb). This was in mid-November 2005. Right by the Pink house (COP 3)
The marines that occupied Hit when we arrived went to Haditha; i know because i was there i watched that bomb from the roof of my patrol base in the youth center on route cherry. The taskforce in hit was the 2/114th Artillery from the 155 BCT Mississippi national guard. We were there in november but that particular incident happend in mid october i believe...
@pigloverAllah all i can say is 2/1 had that AO before we got there in Dec, 05, and 3/25 was there sometime in the summer of 05. 1/2 (my unit) took control of Hit from dec-feb 05-06. argue about it if you want to, but for all of us that were there, we can all agree that city was a shithole.
