That is a tough one. In Canada, we do not have the death penalty, however, in the United States they do. The United States was under investigation, especially, in Texas. The Texas justice system have already killed roughly 180 Americans, due to, their crimes. In order to received the death penalty, one has to kill two or more people intentionally. The Texas justice system was stopped because it was reflecting an injustice. Justice and injustice in our systems where is the balance? : )
