  • How fps you have ?

  • did you download this on windows XP?

  • Barely low-end in my opinion.

  • they'r bout the same

  • is this better graphics than ATI Radeon X550

  • I have exactly the same cpu and memory ............ I lack the pure processor

  • hey im having an issue.

i have a very similar system but im having an issue.

when i move and look left to right i see flashing coming from my bushes and shadings of models. its REALLY irritating and i want it gone.

is there anything i can do?

i have a temporary solution "r_fullbright 1" but now that i updated to 1.7 i can't use that command. any idea whats causing it the flickering effect?

    system:

    Nvidia Geforce 7300gt

    512 video ram,

    Intel Pentium4 single core @ 3.0GHz,

    1.5GB system ram.

  • @SlingerMarshall Yes I have the same problem here. Everythin flashes. I read somewhere that turning specular textures off may fix it, but I haven't tried yet.

  • @houghtob1234 ive found a fix for it!

i got the CD that came with my graphics card and installed the driver on there and it fixed it.

  • @SlingerMarshall I will try that... But i already updated my Graphics cards drivers...So why would downgrading help?

  • @houghtob1234 downgrading does help sometimes it did for my old FX5200, what you do is uninstall your current drivers and install ones from the CD

  • @houghtob1234 yeah i upgraded to the latest driver

and i got the problem back.

so im going to download it again off my CD.

  • whos making use of the most recent map pack? wow i find it difficult to believe exactly how superior it really is! it is far too overpriced though and so i just down loaded it from mw2forfreeZinfo (replace Z with . ) a couple of days ago. i am going to utilize the money i ended up saving to get a different mouse

  • I have the same type of graphics card, but its by BFG, and I was wondering, can Call of duty 4 and Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 run on my computer with these specs?

    Intel Pentium 4 Processor @ 2.53GHz

    1024MB RAM

BFG nVidia GeForce 7300GT with 512mb of DDR2 RAM & Its AGP 8x (Just got this card 1 week ago and I love it :D)

    ASUS P4B533 Motherboard (Old Motherboard)

I was going to install a PNY GeForce GX210 graphics card, but the old motherboard only has PCI and AGP Slots so I had to return that card.

  • @xXxRaidenXxXx yes they will run at about medium-low, and L4D2 will be all low

  • @dimonfcs

Wow fast reply, thanks! Oh and 1 more question, or 2. First question: Do you still play games with this card? Second Question: Do you also think Modern Warfare 2 will run on my specs?

  • @xXxRaidenXxXx actually i sold part of that pc with the card maybe a year or 2 ago, right now i have HD4870 with 3.0 quad. As for MW2, i have another PC with 8600GTS and everything is at low ~ 20fps and the card is PCI-E, so i don't think you're gonna have much luck with mw2.

  • @dimonfcs

Ah, thanks for the fast reply, I'm going to play some Left 4 Dead 2 :)

  • I think your graphics card can handle more than the stuff shown in this vid.

  • @Hablomix2 send me a message with more information because I can't tell what the problem is...

  • this card is just a decent card. You dont really need a big card with 6 pin connector needed, but this card can actually play mw2 decently. If you have a 7300le........ Sigh le+ loser edition. btw how much fps?

  • @moareviews ~25-50 depending on the map

  • @moareviews lol when u said "Sigh le+ loser edition" u sounded like a 9 year old

  • @Fr3shB0iii haha, i'm actually 16

  • thee audio does the same thing on my dell optiplex gx520 small form factor

    specs:

    pentium 4ht 3.80ghz

    standard psu 350w

    1.25gb ram

    nvidia geforce 8400gs 512ram (pci)

  • great for this old card :)

  • i hate most of them CoD's for one reason

    TOO MANY DAMN DARK MAPS!!!

well i like all of em except CoD 4, 2, 5, and 6

  • @leeoFaaneellii

hahahah thats the most stupid reason i ever heard

  • @benjaSs93 it is...

  • are you using the standard power supply wattage? 305 watts?

  • no, i had a raidmax 420W PSU, this was a year ago...

  • settings?

  • everything on low, textures - auto

  • what card is better? that one or ATi X1650?

  • ATi X1650 is about the same as 7600GS

  • Does is lag less without fraps?

  • yes, slightly

  • what software are you using to record?

  • FRAPS

  • how many fps?

  • ~25-55fps

  • very funny, look at the date of the video...

  • Wow ,Looks like you are getting a Solid 12 fps there , Time to upgrade , Sell this "Rig" to Some one in the 3rd World and get a decent budget set up , e5200 , 4gb ram , cheap Gigabyte motherboard ,8800gt card all that for under 250$...Overclock the"Piss" out of it and you can play any game ,I get 52 fps on GTA 4 benchmark , 45 on Crysis benchmark ....all for cheap....

  • u think i wouldnt think of that? Im a computer tech..

  • i just bought a 7300GT card online!!!!! Can it run call of duty 2 max set or battlefield2 or battlefield 2142???i so happy right now!!!! X33333

  • cod2 yes

    bf2 maybe

    2142 no

  • its a piece of shit

  • yes all of them !

  • hey dude these are my specs, please reply if i can run this game smoothly, I'm not looking for max settings though.

AMD Athlon 64 Core 2 Duo Processor 2.00 Ghz

    2 GB DDR2 RAM

    DirectX 9.0

Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit

    Nvidia 8200M G

  • if ur directx is updated, and not max, then yes u should have preatty good FPS

  • What is the song at 0:00 to 0:05?

  • Sokol & Pono - TPWC

  • Sokół feat. Pono - Każdą Porażkę Obracam w Sukces

Heh, I knew that, but I thought the same part is in some another song, because I didn't expect you know polish song. :P Or maybe you are Pole. :D

  • nah, im not pole, i just found this song hidden in my CSS folder

  • Low, med, high ?

  • med

  • Will my pc with Nvidia Geforce 7300LE run cod4?

  • post complete specs

  • Nvidia GeForce 7300LE

    Intel(R) Pentium(R)D 2.80GHz

    1024MB RAM

    DirectX 9.0

    Windows XP Home Edition

  • YES, ur PC will run COD4, but not at mAX

  • On low or medium, right

And will it be smoothly or laggy?

    BTW thanks for all :-)

  • idk ur complete config., so u have to see for urself... :)

  • yeh boy! thnx for uploading

  • Oh and I play at 1024x768

  • How much FPS are you getting dimonfcs?

  • depends wat map..and wat settings, but on avarage ~ 30fps. But i already upgraded to PCI-E, with a 8600GTS now... But like I said previously, its best to download the demo, cause every system is different...

  • How much FPS do you get now with the 8600GTS?

I would DL the demo but I don't have my PC atm.

  • ~50, cause i replaced my mobo, gpu, and ram, i will make a new video once i get my PSU...

  • Oo 50 fps is nice.

Can you please list your current specs?

  • Windows XP SP3

    Pentium 4 3.06GHz HT

    2GB DRR2 RAM

    EVGA GeForce 8600GTS 256MB

    2x 40GB HDD

  • Thank you so much man.

Oh and, one last question: What resolution do you play at when you get ~50 fps in cod4?

  • 1440x900 - thats my MAX

  • Oh nice, what FPS do you think I would get with:

    Pentium 4 HT 3.06GHz

    3.5gb ram

    8600GT 256mb GDDR3

    Vista SP1

Sorry, so many questions I have.

  • around ~50fps aswell

  • Sorry man so much questions I bet your pissed by now.

What settings do you play CoD4 at and how much better is the 8600GT to the 7600GS?

  • no problem... mostly low-medium, but after i get my new PSU, it should increase the performance, cause now i have this 420W PSU that sux, thats y im getting such a low framerate :(

  • How come I've heard a 8600GTS can play CoD4 at 50fps at max settings 2x AA? But you can't do that?

  • with dual-core cpu, yes, but with a single core...not really. also tomorw after i get my PSU i will tell u what my true fps is... so just wait till tmrow :)

  • Alright thanks for the answers. You've gained 3 subs.

  • thanks, ill reply tmrw :)

  • the 8600GT series aren't made for gaming, i used to have the 8500GT Amd Athlon 3400+ 2.4GHz 2GB ram it sucked alright, i can only play it smoothly (I don't think even reached 50fps abt 40-30) on 1024*768 with medium, any higher quality or res will lag like crap. I now have a new rig 9800GTX+ Amd AthlonX2 2.7GHz overclocked to 3.10GHz with 4GB ram windows xp pro. It ran cod4 all max at 1024*768 @ 60+ fps and at 1680*1050 with max settings at 40+ fps, so I suggest you change to a 8800gt or better.

  • this video isn't about 8600GT, and I don't own a 8600GT, I have a 8600GTS... Also 8600 and 8500 r quite different, 8500 is a lot slower compared to 8600... Yes, the 8 series is old now, but u can still play older games at good settings.

  • i wasn't talking to you, i was replying to lavenpine88. The 8600GT is only a little faster than the 8500GT. However, the 8600GTS is a lot faster than the 8500GT,get ur facts right pls. Go get a 8800GT and above for games, that's why i'm using a 9800GTX+ now, it is a little faster than the 8800GTX with a little more performance. The lower half of the 8 series is just crap but the revolution begins at the 8800GT and above.

  • did u hit reply? ONe problem is that my motherboard doesn't support anything above 8600. And I 100% agree with u, I know all that...

    OK, problem solved.

  • Yeah now I'm getting a HD 4670.

  • what about me ?

    i have 2 cpu running Pentuim4 3.06 Ghz

    2 Gb RAM

    a HD 3850 512 ddr3

  • before anyone else asks, DOWNLOAD THE DEMO and SEE FOR YOURSELF! ITS FREE! This is for everyone out there who wants to know...thx

  • hi, if I put the following configuration, how many fps you think?

    Pentium 4 631 3ghz cedar mill

    1.5 RAM

    ATI Radeon X1650 Pro 512 DDR2

    Thanks

    and sorry for my english

    and I play on max?

  • no max, because 1. - you have a single core cpu, 2. - the card is not that fast, 3. - are you using AGP or PCI-E?

  • agp, but the fps?

  • agp is slower compared to PCI-E, therefor the fps will be lower, and fps depends on the whole system, download the demo and see for yourself... :)

  • is better

  • huh? i meant download the COD4 Demo and you will see the fps, its free.

  • ok i gonna see the truth fps.... kk

also think it will be on a 30 to 40 fps

  • yes around 20-40fps, good luck!

  • all right thanks

  • this game runs really nice in your computer if your not the type to spend 250$ on your video cards stick with what you got its really under rated overclock the cpu and video card .

if your gonna play games casual stick with what you got

  • hey u guys r weird, AGP was like so out-dated n you guys r still buying it? Change to a pci-e man n you'll have more high-end gaming cards to choose from.

  • hey man, I have the same optiplex g260 as you and need an upgrade from my geforce 4 mx haha, what videocard would you recommend as an upgrade for gaming?

  • if u have AGP, then 7800GS, its the best possible card for AGP, and I would recommend to save up for a new computer, 7800gs cant play the new games at good settings... :(

  • actually 3850 is the best agp card

  • for nvidia, not ati

  • OH DAMN!! I have the same specs as you do! Only my processor is 3.2ghz intel pentium 4 also. But uhm how many fps do you get?

  • depends on the map... but avrg is from20-80 ~35fps

  • i have the same specs but celeron 2.8Ghz, will i be able to play it?

  • yes, but maybe low-medium...

  • o.0 okay....

  • Why don't you run the game on high?

I could with my slow ass video card ATI x1300

  • iv tryed and it starts to lag, with only 10-30fps :(

  • ATI Radeon x1650 pro 512mb 128bits is good !!!

  • how much is this card and what kind of fps are u getting? in £'s if possible :D

  • prices varies from $50-$80 US. Fps on medium/high settings ~20-70fps, just depends on the map and what you do.

  • I don't think so, actually a 9600gso or HD 4670 costs on that range.

  • im talking agp, i just sold a 7600gs for $60.

  • oh ok

  • ok then 8600GT, its around $50-$70, look it up, i recommend Newegg

  • newegg is good, but dont limit yourself to this card only there are others too that can be cheaper

  • how many frames do you get on average? online and offline? also, would i notice a considerable difference from having a 3ghz pentium 4 as opposed to your 3.06ghz?

  • ~20-35 off/online, online is really good too, i rank first on my server, and i never lagg. for the proccessor 3 to 3.06 is nothing, the only huge difference is if u have HT or not. (Hyper-Threading)...

  • i dont have HT so... would i still be able to play this? also what do you set your graphics to?

  • what r u full pc specs? and graphics were around medium at 1024x768.

  • Intel Pentium 4 3ghz processor

    2.5gb DDR2 RAM

    Winxp sp2

ATI radeon x300 gfx card (I know that is really REALLY bad, I will be upgrading it when I get my job back)

  • im not an ATI fan, and if u upgrade to something better than at least 7300, then u should be playing at medium-high...

  • im not an ati fan either, I just have their card because I use a stock dell computer. how much was the 7300? and what kind of slot does it use? PCI-e?

  • it cost me $60 or $70 and its an AGP, I 2 have a dell, its a gx260

  • wow thats damn cheap. do you know of any equally good/ equal in price cards that use pci-express?

  • how much r u willing to spend?

  • I would like to keep it under 100. If possible.

  • ok do u have pci-e 2.0, or just pci-e

  • pci-e

  • oh wait, how do i know? i have x16 if thats what you mean?

  • i ran a software that says i have interface version 2.1

  • no x16 is the speed, find ur model # of ur pc, and search for the specs of the slot type...or check the card thats in it, maybe it says on it...

  • 1.0

  • Nvdia Geforce 9600 GT, you can find those for under $100 and it can easily play this game maxed out.

  • yeah, but none that r AGP. I have an old AGP slot, not PCI-E...:(

  • ure just like then old ass agp :(

btw can u tell me the max bandwidth of this card.

  • 8.5 GB/s

  • wow i guess max bandwidth doesn't matter much, cause my card agp card has the same bandwidth but doesn't perform any where close to yur godly card. so additional processors and pipelines do increase the performance regardless of max bandwidth.

  • and my AGP slot is 4x, not 8x, but i now have a 7800gs, and I have to say theres no difference... :(

  • thats suks, well i did notice improvement when i went from 6200 to x1300pro. pro was better except it had shit drivers, basically didn't run any thing. if yur card is from bfg u can try overclocking it. i am getting 7900 gs, since 7950 is too big.

  • dude, remember me? U play well with ur settings that i said or no? if u want to run ur COD4 with that settings faster, just tell me and i will tell u how to do it faster

  • yeah, i already had those exact settings before u told me...Yeah it plays just fine. BUt i upgraded to 7600gs, which is in the other video i have..much better performance

  • dude... i run this game at high/normal setting with the same card, p$ 3.06GHZ with 256MB ram 15 to 30 FPS

now i run at max setting with 2GB RAM you surprise me, try more graphics this card is great

  • Man, thats great!!!

I have an old machine, Pentium 4 2.8ghz HT, 1Gb ram and NO video card, I plan to get a HD 3650 of ATI ( its just like the 8600GT of nvidia), will it run comfortably here?

I think thats the better upgrade i cna do here for the lowest price.

  • depends what u have, PCI, PCI-E, PCI-E 2.0, AGP...

  • dude if you want better graphics try this resolution:1024x768 anti aliasing:0ff specular map:on depth of field:on Glow:on dynamic lights:normal smoke edges:on ragdoll:on bullet impacts:on Model detail:normal Water detail:normal number of corpses:insane just turn off the anti aliasing
  • AA is off.

  • AA and Shadow is off

  • We have the same video card, my specs:

    AMD Athlon 3500+

    2gb of Ram

    Windows xp SP2

  • OK i will, but it might take a while 2 days max.

  • ok check it out

  • YES, and if u want something better for AGP 7600GS is the choice, I recently upgraded to it and there's a major difference, thx

  • i have just odered this graphics card about 30 mins ago will be ready in 10 days hopfuly lol

  • I like to keep this one for close encounters..

  • Hmm sorry for asking,(i know alot of people ask this type of question) but can this game run on my rig:

    Pentium Dual-Core E5200 @ 2.5Ghz

    PNY 7300GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR2

    2 GB DDR2-800 RAM

    Windows Vista Home basic

  • yes, but not with full graphics..., I run it at 1024x768 at low-medium settings, u should run it at medium-high...Try the demo and see for urself, thx

  • i have the same card bfg 7300 gt 512 MB and i run this all maxed with no Anti aliasing and on 800x600 res. and i only have 512 MB of ram. i don't know why you PC cant max the game out.

  • Do u have a dual-core?

  • yes

  • see, thats y... single-core is minimum, and dual is recomended requirements for the game.

  • I dont get wat u mean by quality, and without drivers the card wouldnt work properly...

  • Yes, they came with the card, but i downlaoded the latest ones from EVGA, why?

  • 430w psu is ok with this card?

  • Mine's 250W, so yeah...

  • this card is for low-end systems(AGP) stupid, if i had a pci-e, i would'off had a better one, retard...

  • this card give very good performance-may be the best agp card-good for video editing..

  • I agree, but for gaming wise not so great...

  • nice
