Austin had a better move set, was a better technical wrestler and an all-around better performer than Hogan. I'm not sure what the criteria would be that would establish Hulk as a better "wrestler" than not only Austin, but just about anyone. Hogan was extremely limited in the ring, even though he was a fan favorite and a legend.
