Why do you think Hollywood and all major action movies use REAL squibs with blood packs and explosives and electrical activators. They do that because it is tested and proven to be the best and most realistic effect.
the one (0:33) was good with the spark and the blood but his fall should have been better. I mean like at the end of that scene if he got shot and died he wouldnt beable to hold himself up with his arm but the rest of the video was pretty good. I really liked the suicide one.

hi don't use fireworks for squibbs!. use a condom and the fishing rope fx! that give you the real movie look and you can learn it from youtube or you can do the tube Squibb fx! it is too easy

this isnt the way to do squibs... compressed air and pvc works MUCH better.

No way. it is just safer. Your method also often creates unrealistic spraying. Blood does not spray toward the shooter.

They're looking good, but I don't think they're quite having the impact that more modern day squibs have.
Your effects i certainly more realistic than the feature films but the squibs are not suggesting kick ass action.
I guess it all depends on the look your gonig for. Good work.
