America has produced more world champion motorcycel racers in MotoGP and World Superbike than any other country. That is just a fact.

Lorenzo may win this year and that's cool but the last (and only) Spanish GP champion in 500cc/MotoGP was Alex Criville in 1999. There have been two American champions (Kenny Roberts Jr. & Nicky Hayden) since him and no Japanese riders have ever won the 500cc/MotoGP world championship.

I would love to live in Spain to be able to absorb the amazing culture and scenery and to be closer to the GP circus.
