I think it will be a rebellion in Skyrim because at the end of oblivion people were saying some of the provinces were thinking of seceding from the empire, but it comes true and skyrim is first. And you could choose to either help the Nords overthrow the Empire or help the empire keep Skyrim. That would be awesome.
