@VintageLenses As a fan of film and a collector of vintage cine/photography paraphernalia, I completely agree - I'm just curious how you know this was produced using vintage equipment? If there's a making-of I'm unaware of (hint hint Cobblers!), I'd love to know!

@DrRickDaglessMD Ooh a "making-of" would be incredible!! i do have some short clips on my iphone of the day, but to be honest i was so wrapped up in trying to shoot the actual film, the making-of extras fell a little by the way side. Perhaps we should do it like they used to on the news, and make a reconstruction film!! haha. who would play me, i wonder!? i do have lots of photos which i will upload to our facebook/website soon though. thank you for the comment.... jules (of the cobblers) x

I was at first quite upset by the images of the tearing of the photo and the cutting of the cloth fearing that the other person had departed or died. But as the video progressed I was more intrigued and at  the wonderful finale my heart lifted. What a touching and inventive story. I am just going off to find my colander.
