The Italian investigation was a travesty - Amanda and Raffaele were railroaded. She was a naive 20 year old kid who didn't think to call police when she realized that there had been a break in. The crime scene was handled shabbily by emt's and DNA evidence was scrambled. The judges and prosecutors had already decided that she was guilty before forensic and autopsy reports were submitted. The sex game theory was fabricated from the start by Giuliano Mignini.

This case in my opinion is not complicated as far as the evidence goes. Do I think she is 100% innocent? Not at all BUT do I think they have enough sufficent evidence to convict her of this crime? ABSOLUTLY NOT. They don't even have enough circumstantial evidence to convict her and that is very obvious. Its a sad case on both ends indeed and even more so for the young lady that lost her life taking the secret of her killers identity with her. They should go speak to Lisa Williams.

The Italian investigation was a travesty - Amanda and Raffaele were railroaded. She was a naive 20 year old kid who didn't think to call police when she realized that there had been a break in. The crime scene was handled shabbily by emt's and DNA evidence was scrambled. The judges and prosecutors had already decided that she was guilty before forensic and autopsy reports were submitted. The sex game theory was fabricated from the start by Giuliano Mignini.

The evidence against her is extremely scant. Her fingerprints weren't found near the crime scene and the DNA test used was extremely vague. With the Italian testing methods, they could have found your DNA. She may be a slut and she may even be evil, but there isn't enough reason to think she killed Meredith Kercher.

They knew each other and there are many witnesses to this. Guede used to go to the apartment on the ground floor where 4 Italian boys live. One of them was Meredith's boyfriend.
Amanda met Guede there and one of the students said Guede was interested in Amanda and had also said "Meredith was beautiful"
Besides, Guede was a small time drug dealer and Knox and Sollecito did drugs.
A witness saw Sollecito, Knox and Guede together on Oct 31 and on Nov 1st (night of the murder).
