I can't tell you how many times I've played and replayed this song. It makes me miss every Nintendo game I ever played. It takes me back to a better, simpler time. Where I'd beat the boss, and hear that upbeat, yet bittersweet 8 bit soundtrack tell me that, sure, our time together is over, but thanks to that magical reset button, the princess will always be in another castle.
