Trying help Negroes is a waste of time and resources. It always ends up the same way because Negroes are of a different order in nature. A pit bull cannot become a German Shepherd, a tiger cannot change his stripes, and a Negro cannot become a White person. That is the law of the true Creator.
You have a limited time here on earth. You should spend it trying to help those who are disadvantaged among YOUR race, as the Creator intended.
