Im pretty new to all this, and I absolutely know this works very well. But why in the world do we focus on the negative before going to the positive while tapping? So many EFT videos just talk about the positive. Are they wrong? If I focus on the negative statements while tapping doesnt that attract the negative? Confused, but really happy with the video and I feel great after.
