There's a couple of ways I can think of to stop looking at all the crap in the world that's unfixable:

1) Heavily medicate yourself into a stupor. Many people do.

2) Completely distract yourself with complete addiction to anything under your direct control. This is also popular.

3) Sleep (and hopefully dream about other worlds). A temporary reprieve, if possible.

4) Die. A permanent fix.

Or realize that there is no worldly problem that exists without a solution given the will to fix it.
