shit i went through this storm powerless and sick as fuck for like a week and a half living off of propane heat (probably not one of the smartest ideas in the first place) and flaming hot lays potato chips. talk about a bummer, dude.
Oh I got 'em! They weren't at home, they were a couple of counties south at a house that had POWER, but no utilities (water, gas, etc...). I called through a few people to find them and left right before sunset. We emptied the freezers and fridge, packed up a few days worth of essentials and packed the Sentra FULL! Paw barely had room to sit in the back! They only had to stay in Jackson TN for 2-3 days. It was an experience, but there's one thing you don't risk in situations like these: family.
I went to the KFC ( at 3:35 ) tuesday night (before hell broke loose) and there was already a 30 minute wait for any chicken. Spent the night down the street 5:07 but lost power at midnight. Nice video.
