Actually I think Eine Kleine Nachtmusik works quite well here. Brilliant contrast from the peaceful music and the distruction from Evangelion.

evangelion doesnt really go together well with Eine Kleine Nachtmusik. Mozart is supposed to be elegant and graceful, not full of war and violence.
