It's actually a made-up language based on Latin.  It's the Goddess' theme song, so it's supposed to be her "message" and call to arms. We can't understand her words, but we know inside what she is trying to say.

@Seigeka it's in the game itself so technically most MMORPGs has barely given a name to their OST except that the song came from a certain area and this one song can be heard when you're in Calderock Village @Carderock. But the person who compose this has her own YouTube page. Just find katethegreat19. She has other songs although she didn't include this song in her page though.

Originally, it was called "The Eternal Path" by Kate herself (she arranged the theme for Dragon Nest Sea). But in the game, it's generally known as "Calderock Village theme" or "Cataract Gateway BGM" ^_^
