@demonionuevecolas everyone does, but the fact of the matter is, it's nearly impossible to get that many artists together for a tour, especially when most of them have obligations to their own bands....it sucks.
I listened this song for the first time few months ago, when I discovered Ayreon...And at first, I didn't like it( Ok, start swearing me now). Then I listened it again few days ago...And I instantly fell in love, I listened it 7 times in a row...I cried when Eric sang...His voice is so full of emotion, so beautiful. And Mikael also did an awesome job, and Arjen was genial on this whole album like in all other Ayreon albums...
however, a distinction must be made. This is no everyday metal. This is Progressive Metal, and one of the primary differences between Prog musicians and normal Metallers, is that Prog allows more emotion into their music, and it is not limited to topics of anger and fear and the like. Dream Theater is proof of this, listen to Through Her Eyes, The Best of Times, Misunderstood, and Octavarium, they are some of the most beautiful songs I know, but are still played in a Metal style.

@icedragon769 no dude. I'm into prog and I like to think i'm open minded but this shit is kinda gay. Dream theater and Opeth aren't like this at all. (other than the vocalists obviously)
@mophead02 The song is about "Me", who is in a coma, realizing that he made his best friend lose his job. The song was important in the concept album because it was how "Me" managed to fight his way out of the coma.
@mophead02 All gay means is happy. These songs... a person would have to be some kinda messed up to think them happy. Work on that vocab darlin. PS, it takes a real man to show his emotions.
Someone who understands me, you are right:) The album is full of emotion, the singers, all of them, put a lot of emotion into this, as it is all about emotions in The Human Equation.
Genius.

Can't really understand what's so gay about showing emotions (like crying)... this whole album is about emotions.

One of my favourite songs from The Human Equation. Characters have some charism, especially Reason which is really great.
