Actually. He has a last name but he doesn't have one. It's Jaganshi but it's not a family name. It's given to those who have the Jagan. So i like to call him Hiei Jaganshi. ^_^
I didn't realize that. I mean I noticed the whole "Jaganshi" "Jagan" thing, but I didn't put a whole lot of thought into it. I guess it makes sense that a demon wouldn't have a family name, huh? Oh well, I refer to it as his last name in my stories just to make life easier for my readers ;P

No, his last name may not actually be "Jaganshi" and I do not know whether or not Togashi-dono had any idea for a last name for him when he began the manga, but "Jaganshi" describes him, so back off.
