@kluker1985 try wet sanding a buffing or if not try wetsanding and use a microfiber cloth and rub toothpaste which would act as compound and it should take care of it

guys i have a question for all of yall, I have an 02 nissan maxima, it comes with an xenon healights or HID headlights, it got the blueish look or kind of purplish. when i got into a car accident, they had to replace the headlights. when they did, the bluish look is completely gone! i tried everything, from replacing the bulbs, andI went to nissan auto parts as well, they headlight that they replaced they are original. can anyone tell me what is the problem? please help!

I'm pretty sure that there was an option to DOWNGRADE to the regular halogen bulbs (I have an '03). The HID/Xenon bulbs were standard. I believe the assembly is totally different on the inside, so either the insurance company screwed you or whoever did the repairs ordered the wrong parts. Xenon bulbs and regular Halogen bulbs aren't interchangeable, to my knowledge. If you really want 'em, you may have to get the whole headlight assembly, for which I'd recommend ebay.

There wasn't an option to downgrade. 00-01 had halogens (9004 IIRC) and 02-03 had HIDs. If you look at the housings and they've got two "circles" for high and low beam like a bimmer then it's an 02-03 housing and only a D2R bulb will fit, if not then it's an 00-01 housing.

If you haven't fixed the problem, what kind of bulbs did you get?

looks like the 5th gen not the 5.5th gen looks like you upgrade the headlights, the front bumper and the grill.. but definitively looks very nice, the bumper spoilers look very aggressive! nice max!

ok those are not the G35 rims, those are Custom Rims 20's or 19's looks gangsta to me,

they are not g35 rims guys...lol..they are 19" Milla Miglia rims..They have discontinued these wheels, but there is another set of rims that look exactly the same which are the EVO 5's...btw for everyone...This is a 03 max, but in this vid it had 01 gxe tails..most recently this maxima has 01 SE tails that are black which flow much better with the black and white theme that my cousin was goin for.

Yeah sept your wrong they are actually called Millia Miglia Evo5, that's the FULL name. They are discotinued like you say. But tirerack sells the knock offs, who are made by SportEdition I belive. They are the KV5 version. Only difference is they don't come in the Gunmetal that the are Evo5's come in.
