I think Rick Perry should just become a comedian, he is kind of a charming guy and his delivery wasn't bad. Just as long as he can remember his own jokes. I guess, unlike his campaign platform, he'd probably have to write those himself so it wouldn't be as much of a problem. (OUCH)

It really says something about a candidate if they can not only take a joke in stride, but poke fun at themselves. I think Perry is a decent politician in this respect. Not going to vote for him, but humor is a good item in anyone's toolbox.
