It is true, private security is a major business in Afghanistan and surrounding countries. A major problem is that there is no clear control over the companies and their enforcement policies and proceedures. Very often, these companies develop and employ illegal procedures that are not investigated, reviewed, or stopped.

Even more, these private security companies end up cauing more instances of violence and crime because of their ineffective and sometimes overbearing tactics. It has become a real problem, it will be interesting to see how this develops, I hope to see more about this.
