Great, no nonsense video. I Watched it 10 days ago and my steamer is finally here. Just started bodybuilding and no doubt this is THE BEST way to escape from the web of protein shakes/bars/powders.
@amrutrajgore whats wrong with boiling our food ( include red meet ) by animal oil if we run for 15 min ( at least ) everyday early morning with some GYM every evening ?????
I got one of those steamers at a yard sale new in the box $5 we use it all the time great labor saving device.
Doesn't heat the whole house too.

I typically avoid rice because of it's high glycemic index (causes a sugar spike in the blood and turns off "fat burning"). -David

i LOVE my steamer, but looking for more recipes. I have been eating ALOT of chicken and fish. Rice btw takes a long time to make in the steamer
