she actually should stay far from small stuff like resistor, caps, etc... she can end up eathing them... there is a lot of bad chemicals in electronics like lead, rosin core flux fumes, etc.
I'm going on reprap project building my own printer, and I recently heard that ABS plastic fumes can give you problems too... so these things are dangerous :S
@AtomSoft I see, I was just thinking about these dangerous chemicals, that's why I said that... I didn't know about how dangerous they are at first :p
I saw a video of a guy's daughter (like 12 years old or something) soldering... she can go on programming too if she likes lol xD
I'm a bit upset to day that my father didn't teach me nice stuff when I was a kid... we go so long time on highschool etc, that could be learning something besides that as well...hope the best for your kids and you =)
