And as a result you can't be with God in heaven cause you have to be sinless in his eyes to be with him. So all he does is place you into a room call hell. @SwarM713 Actually there is no proof to evolution. In fact, for now, it is impossible to prove. Why? Because evolution is to prove that 1 animal evolve to another. Like a reptile to a bird. So as "proof" scientist used a fossil they found where the fossil has characteristics of reptiles and birds. Problem is, is it really evolution or another animal all together? You see, to prove evolution you actually need to have records of one animal TURNING into another, which we don't have.

And if you do your homework, you would know that the Bible is a reliable source to many historians. Heck, many historic places in the Bible was discovered after the Bible was published.

Not to mention some may have sprouted from Jewish traditions(the adam and eve part) And there are some Christians who tries to incorporate evolution into the Bible with the mentality that even if the Bible didn't say so doesn't mean it didn't exist(especially since evolution was very popular in the beginning of the 21st century and when there are more radical Christians)

@SwarM713 Another thing, I agree that some religion are created to control a group of people. But that is what makes Christianity a bit different. @SwarM713 Actually there is no proof to evolution. In fact, for now, it is impossible to prove. Why? Because evolution is to prove that 1 animal evolve to another. Like a reptile to a bird. So as "proof" scientist used a fossil they found where the fossil has characteristics of reptiles and birds. Problem is, is it really evolution or another animal all together? You see, to prove evolution you actually need to have records of one animal TURNING into another, which we don't have.

The universe can't be like God which has no beginning because it would mean that we have an infinite past. That is impossible for our finite universe because it is like filling up a bottomless pit. Because the concept of infinity can only exist in the realm as unthinkable as God.

@JLKnight77 animals can't just turn into other species over night,there's a thing called Natural Selection,survival of the fittest,and you are wrong about having no proof of evolution,check this out and you'll see what i mean,it might not be certain ,but it's far more promising than having no proof at all,and just relying on faith in something that you have never seen/felt/heard/smelled or whatever,something that you have only read about in some book,that has unknown origins and uknown author

@SwarM713 And where did you get this Natural Selection thing? It is just a hypothesis created by Charles Darwin. The fact that you believe something written in a book(Darwin wrote about his hypothesis in a book too) by one man is just as absurd as believing in the Bible. And if you do your homework, you would know that the Bible is a reliable source to many historians. Heck, many historic places in the Bible was discovered after the Bible was published.

@JLKnight77 Hypothesis or not,it makes alot more sense to me that some animal species adapt to a certain habitat by changing themselfs over generations,and sometimes the original species is totally different than the one that it has become,and if you think about it you'll see that it actually makes sence,where the bible on the other hand has many versions on the same story and too many contradictions to be taken seriously...

In this case, morals that comes with religion. Ask yourself: do you want to know the truth, regardless of how ugly or burdensome it may be? Me? Yes, if it does come a day when it is proven that God is not real, then I won't believe in Him. So far, that day hasn't come yet :)

@SwarM713 You see, there's no absolute truth. One has to weigh the facts. But I'll say 2 things: 1. There are a number of facts that points toward creationism. 2. You can't prove 100% that God exist. That's why we have faith. You believing in evolution itself is faith. And if you do try to search for proofs that point towards creationism, you'll be surprised. Don't just listen to what others say(including me) Go and do some research and you'll see what I mean.

@JLKnight77 And also - yes,i did some research on my own,creatonists say that there are 2 different views of the same event - evolution and creation by god,and that the proof of the creation lies within the covers of the bible,which is "the word of God" ,as they call it.If it's the word of God I ask,why are there 2 different stories of the same event ? 1. which god created heaven,hell ,Adam and Eve and the 2nd one,where he made heaven,hell and Adam,but Adam got bored and asked God for a mate?

@SwarM713 Hmm. This is the first I've heard about this. I think it is the difference in interpretation. Not to mention some may have sprouted from Jewish traditions(the adam and eve part) And there are some Christians who tries to incorporate evolution into the Bible with the mentality that even if the Bible didn't say so doesn't mean it didn't exist(especially since evolution was very popular in the beginning of the 21st century and when there are more radical Christians)

In fact, religion is what causes us to do what we are doing now, sharing our opinion and knowledge on what we think is the truth. Who knows, we may both walk away from this with the desire to know more and we might discover something new.

I did some studies on this too. And yes, in a way I do believe in the Big Bang. Now a question for you. Imagine if you see an explosion, wouldn't you want to know what causes it? Now, there's an explosion that started a Universe. Wouldn't you want to know what causes that explosion?
