@wmbigreds25 If you have fast enough safeties and CBs you can run man vs. this. Nickle 3-3-5 Cover 1 (at least in Madden 11 out of the Jets D book). It's only a 3 man rush but you got man coverage, 2 yellows underneath and a blue deep. Just gotta make sure your LB doesn't get screwed into manning up against a WR instead of a TE or RB. I run that play all day vs. scrubs w/ the Raiders and roll over 'em.
this is a great play to catch the D in man, but usually they call zone coverage in shotgun 5 wide.
