i had a sledge , metal b-bat. and spiked bat. stay next to the maintenence room, make him crash. and destroy him w/ the metal and spiked. save every time he runs, and repeat until death. ( sledge is for killin the surroundin zombies. )

I died some 5-6 times before I killed him. To save you much grief, there's a save point in the middle of the silver strip. Also, getting inbetween trees or where you're at makes him stun himself by running into stuff. Then using any melee combo weapon while he's got his head turned and he's stunned is good enough to take a chunk away from his lifebar.
