I hate that they have to delete scenes. I don't know about you all, but I wouldn't mind, AT ALL, sitting in a theater for an extra 6 minutes and 38 seconds, especially when it comes to Harry Potter.

@RandomCrap818 it's a shame really, throughout the later movies Ron doesn't play as big of a part as he does in the books, also his relationship with Hermione seems quite overlooked by the writers despite Rupert and Emma's great on-screen chemistry.

@MollyPocketQueen I don't know what cords would be doing on Dumbledore's shoulder, but I think that's just Harry's wand sticking up. Harry has his arm on Dumbledore's shoulder to support him, and he's just holding his wand at the same time, and it happens to be sticking up. You can't see the top of the wand because it's in the darkness, making it look like it may go on above the screen.
I always thought it was terrible they didn't make Dumbledore say the "I'm with you" line. Now I see they filmed it but just didn't find it important enough to include!!!! Argggggh so angry! That's one of my favorite lines EVER!

@MsTrueGleek Nope, they weren't together. Ron was talking in his sleep, calling Hermione, which shows us that he has feelings for her. And as we know, Hermione was veery jealous of Ron. So she had feelings for him too. However, Ron thought he had a dream about Hermione holding his hand etc. So the only people who knew about their affection for each other was Harry and Hermione. We had to wait for Deathly Hallows to see that Ron and Hermione were finally open with each other. I mean the kiss.:)
@music14nerd They can make an extended edition version that includes deleted scenes for the fans. I'm just saying the whole movie series shouldn't have to be remade or rebooted

@rYiOkUn I agree with you. Some of them are well made. The point is the time. When they made the movie, the time was missing. They didn't get enough time to place those scenes for the final release. This is why they couldn't place them for the fnal product. Luckly, they are in the 2 disc's edition. Maybe they will be in the ultimate edition, I hope.

I love extended editions of films but unfortunately, for some reason, Warner Bros. isn't releasing them in the UK even though, the books are British, the films are British, the original author is British, the actors are mainly British, the books and the films are all set here. I like this movie because it showed hogwarts as normal and lighthearted with taking classes and showed how malfoy was plotting to kill dumbledore in the beginning. In the end, dumbledore dies and snape 'joins' the deatheaters and the war truly begins

I honestly don't understand how they felt deleting this scenes were neccassary- I mean, it's SIX minutes! Real HP fans would sit through an extra SIX HOURS.

@MsTrueGleek Nope, they weren't together. Ron was talking in his sleep, calling Hermione, which shows us that he has feelings for her. And as we know, Hermione was veery jealous of Ron. So she had feelings for him too. However, Ron thought he had a dream about Hermione holding his hand etc. So the only people who knew about their affection for each other was Harry and Hermione. We had to wait for Deathly Hallows to see that Ron and Hermione were finally open with each other. I mean the kiss.:)

@BenLyingToUs1 directors...............i've had a ton of temper tantrums thanks to directors cutting some of the best scenes, this one doesn't help either!!!! as it is snape gets like 10 minutes in each film, and they cut 30 seconds more >:( idiot

@rYiOkUn I agree with you. Some of them are well made. The point is the time. When they made the movie, the time was missing. They didn't get enough time to place those scenes for the final release. This is why they couldn't place them for the fnal product. Luckly, they are in the 2 disc's edition. Maybe they will be in the ultimate edition, I hope.

I love extended editions of films but unfortunately, for some reason, Warner Bros. isn't releasing them in the UK even though, the books are British, the films are British, the original author is British, the actors are mainly British, the books and the films are all set here. I MEAN COME ON!!!!!

After Deathly Hallows comes out on DVD, Warner Bros is going to be pretty desperate so they're probably going to do everything to keep the thing that's been making them billions for the last few years going including probably more merchandise, new DVD/Blu-Ray releases, new games, etc.

I like this movie because it showed hogwarts as normal and lighthearted with taking classes and showed how malfoy was plotting to kill dumbledore in the beginning. In the end, dumbledore dies and snape 'joins' the deatheaters and the war truly begins
