  • Why does the acidity make it food-friendly? If it's all about the fruit, wouldn't you have it for dessert?

    I've heard many beer reviewers use the term, "smooth," but I've a hard time using that word for my reviews because it seems more like a filler-word. Could a beer (or wine) be "rough?" If so, how?
