Rinaai tankless Water Heater Explanation and Demonstration

That is a newer unit, just researched them! Condensing units use much more heat from the flame, actually cooling the exhaust gasses to the point of them condensing (creating water). My furnace does that - exhaust gas temps are like 70 degrees - all the rest of the heat is in the house! Looks better than the Rinaai - how much are they? One problem with Rinaai is the slight time to make hot water - leaves a cold spot in the pipe between firings - also not great with low flows like warm rinsing

Do you like this unit better than Navien's condensing unit? What's the main difference between the two?
